Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation — in person or by phone — to understand your vision, budget, and timeline. Bring inspiration images, a stone you love, or simply an idea.
Design & Sketching
Phil creates detailed hand sketches and, when needed, CAD renderings so you can see the piece before a single metal is poured. Revisions are welcome until the design is exactly right.
Stone Selection
We source diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, and other precious stones to complement your design. Phil's gemological expertise ensures every stone meets the highest standards of cut, color, and clarity.
Craftsmanship
Your piece is handcrafted in our studio using traditional bench techniques refined over decades. Every prong, every setting, every finish is executed with meticulous care.
Final Reveal
We invite you in to see your finished piece for the first time. Minor adjustments are made on the spot, and your jewelry is delivered with a written appraisal for insurance purposes.
